A: This is our working time:
Monday-Friday: 9:00am to 6:00pm Beijing Time
Saturday: 9:30am to 2:00pm
The response time on weekdays is generally within 3 hours.

A: The lead time for common parts and equipment is 2-3 working days.
For ordering products, the lead time varies depending on different product, and it is subject to the manufacturer's announcement.
Q: 7. What is the delivery time?
A: It usually takes 5-7 working days to deliver by international express, 12-15 days by air cargo and 25-30 days by ocean.
Q: 8. What is your shipment methods?
A: We can send products by international express (DHL, FedEx, UPS, etc.), air cargo, ocean and truck to Southeast Asian countries. Our salesman will provide reasonable and professional advice based on actual orders and delivery address. But ultimately it depends on the customer's decision.

A: Our standard payment terms is 100% payment in advance by TT. Other terms need to be negotiated.

A: For brand new products, we cannot open them, so we will not test. For second-hand products, we will test before shipment and guarantee they deliver with full function.

A: For original and brand new products, a one-year warranty period is usually provided ( Special products will have special instructions ). There are different warranty periods for different second-hand products and we will note it when quoting.

A: We will pack small and light automation parts in foam and carton and pack big and heavy automation equipment in foam and wooden case.
