Pneumatic fluid control components are crucial components of industrial automation systems, and their operation directly impacts system stability and efficiency. Proper operation of these components not only extends equipment life but also ensures safety during production.

First, before operating pneumatic fluid control components, a thorough inspection is essential. Confirm that the air source pressure is within the specified range for the equipment, typically 0.4 to 0.7 MPa, and check that the piping connections are secure to prevent leaks. Also, inspect the component surfaces for wear, corrosion, or foreign matter. Clean or replace if necessary.

Second, adjust parameters strictly according to the equipment manual during operation. For example, the opening of a control valve should be adjusted gradually to avoid sudden, large adjustments that could cause system pressure fluctuations. For pneumatic actuators, ensure that their movement direction is consistent with the control signal, and use limit switches to prevent damage caused by excessive movement. Furthermore, the setting of the pressure regulating valve should be precisely adjusted according to process requirements and monitored in real time with a pressure gauge to ensure it remains within the safe range.

Regarding maintenance, regularly lubricate moving parts of pneumatic components, such as cylinder pistons and valve shafts, to reduce friction losses. At the same time, check the integrity of seals and promptly replace aging or damaged seals to prevent gas leaks. For equipment that has been out of service for an extended period, remove any residual moisture and impurities from the air path to prevent corrosion or blockage.

Finally, operators should receive professional training and be familiar with the basic principles of pneumatic systems and emergency procedures. In the event of an abnormality, such as a sudden pressure increase or component seizure, immediately shut off the air supply and troubleshoot the problem to avoid an accident.

Through standardized operation and maintenance, pneumatic fluid control components can operate efficiently and stably, providing reliable support for industrial production.
